What is the difference between green arrow and hawkeye

What about Hawkeye's costumes? Well, the less we say about them the better. They have gotten more streamlined since the release of the Avengers movie. Before that, they were certainly meant to show off instead to cover up. Green Arrow, on the other hand, has squared off against threats like Dark Archer, Count Vertigo, Shado, and many more. Each of them has had their moments to shine amongst the other members and each has dealt devastating blows to incredible threats.

However, Green Arrow certainly has the advantage with villains specific to him. During his time with S. Furthermore, his time with the circus as a child made him incredibly nimble and acrobatic. He is also proficient with several other types of weaponry and is an excellent swordsman on top of being an excellent archer. Though Green Arrow is still a great hand-to-hand fighter, he relies on his equipment far more than Hawkeye does, firmly establishing Hawkeye as the victor in this regard.

While Hawkeye may be the better combatant, Green Arrow is definitely the better archer. In terms of accuracy, the two of them are actually evenly matched. Over the years, they have been shown to be just as accurate or inaccurate as the story demands.

What gives Green Arrow the edge in this regard is in his numbers. During the Green Arrow: Quiver storyline, Oliver Queen was confirmed to fire 33 arrows accurately per minute. While Hawkeye is still deadly with a bow and arrow, he is just slightly slower than Green Arrow. As a result, Green Arrow has proven to be the master of the bow and arrow.

For as annoying a character as Green Arrow can be, many other heroes in the DC Universe understand that his heart is in the right place. Hawkeye still has some pretty powerful allies, though the Justice League would have a much easier time battling the Avengers than vice versa. Furthermore, Hawkeye has much fewer immediate allies than Green Arrow making Green Arrow the victor in this case.

In actuality, Green Arrow is 23 years older than Hawkeye in terms of publication. However, each characters fictional backstory is what gives Hawkeye the edge in this regard. This needs no explanation, though Arrow Oliver earns extra points for fighting his foes in head-to-toe green leather.

Oliver learned to shoot archery with one bow on Lian Yu, the island where he was stranded for five years. During the first season, he used a bow made of found objects.

Each bow is better than the last. One of the best things about archery is that anyone can enjoy it. Interested in archery? Learn the basics here, from the different styles of archery to how to choose the bow that's right for you. Considered Earth's Mightiest Marksman, Clint Barton's Hawkeye is known not only for his mastery of archery, but also his devil-may-care personality mixed with an undying heroic spirit.

He is also known for his ability to hit any target, which is certainly an admirable trait. Similar to Green Arrow, Clint's early days were painted by tragedy.

Orphaned from a young age, Clint and his brother Barney escaped their oppressive orphanage by running away to the circus called The Carson Carnival of Traveling Wonders. It was while part of the circus that Clint learned his trade at bow and arrow, but upon discovering criminal activities happening there, Clint was beaten when he alerted the authorities.

From there, Clint Barton was separated from both his brother and his apprenticeship, but he continued to hone his skills in archery. Adopting the name of Hawkeye, he continued on the circus circuit in search of his purpose in life. Upon seeing Iron Man fighting in action, however, Hawkeye decided he would also become a superhero of a kind, using his archery skills to help people in need. But those heroic origins came with a rough start, as Hawkeye was accused of being a criminal.

Similar to Green Arrow, Hawkeye is a very skilled marksman who knows how to handle himself in hand-to-hand combat without super powers, and can be considered a living weapon. Hawkeye doesn't have everything it takes to defeat the bigger foes. Through his eventful team up with The Avengers, however, Clint Barton finally found the family and stability that alluded him throughout his rough-and-tumble life in the comics. The character has made several appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starting with his cameo in 's Thor.

He made his first major role in the proceedings with The Avengers , then continued to be seen in future Avengers films, including Avengers: Age of Ultron and Avengers: Endgame. When it comes to shooting arrows, it's hard to determine exactly who is the better of the two. They're both virtuosos with the weapons, and it's through their bows and arrows that Hawkeye and Green Arrow have been able to find their purposes in life while surviving under extreme conditions.

But where archery is concerned, Hawkeye is perhaps the stronger of the two. It's not by any large stretch, of course, but Hawkeye likely boasts the more consistent accuracy. Green Arrow was first, Hawkeye is pretty much a rip off given how similar. Quite a bit of information that has been posted is false and clearly biased.

Green Arrow was orphaned as a child and he lost his fortune. His arrows were modified by himself while on the Island where he had to survive and craft his own weapons and fought his way out.

He either creates his own arrows or has help, since his busy fighting crime and all. Green Arrow has been very successful, given that his survived for so long and has had a successful book from 80's - Present day. Then Hawkeye who's first attempt at his solo title was a flop, but now in the hands of a great writer and artist he seems to have finally caught on. Green Arrow is better then Hawkeye, Green Arrow is the people's hero Which is another thing Hawkeye has recently ripped off from Green Arrow despite the hero having this for decades.

Green Arrow can kick Hawkeye's ass anytime, the official USA team for Archery named him the beat fictional archer yes over Hawkeye and his a better fighter. I am pretty sure Green arrow is much better in hand to hand combat.. Deathstroke would stomp Hawkeye, and Green Arrow was trained in hand to hand combat by the very same man who taught HIM.

He also actively holds back when fighting other heroes to make the sparring fair. Not only that but Green Arrows backstory has been retconned in his "Brightest Day" series to show he has been using a bow since a child hence why he turned to it on Starfish Island. His feats include being able to shoot 25 arrows a minute at a leisurely pace, and cutting a water drop in half as it fell from a block away. He also beat Solomon Grundy to death with his bare hands and a broken bow.

Green Arrow always had "natural skill" with a bow, but despite being a damn prodigy with it he has also backed that advantage up with years upon years upon years of intensive training. He has even been stated to possess an almost "spiritual" connection to his weapon, using it as an extension of himself.

While Hawkeye is tough, he is no Oliver Queen. If they ever fought, I imagine that Ollie would be more than happy to teach Clint how to use a bow. Sign up to join this community.
